Decks And Stakes
In Balatro, there is nothing that dictates a run more than you choice of deck and stake. Every seed can work on any deck or stake but how you play on that seed can change slightly or majorly from on a deck by deck or stake by stake basis. With 120 possible ways you can play said seeds. These might have unintended consequnces on some seeds but I’ll discuss that more in decks. Of course, new players can’t access all them but they will work up into those higher stakes and later decks and for that you need to learn the strengths of each deck and challenges of each deck.

In decks, I’ll mention each of the 15 decks and how to best use them in a brief but detailed list.
In stakes, I’ll say how to best get around many of the hurdles that come with playing on them.
